مقدمة
تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل منصة "استشاري" مع بياناتك. وهي تُغطي تطبيقَينا معاً: تطبيق استشاري للمرضى (لحجز الكشوفات) وتطبيق استشاري للأطباء (لإدارة العيادة والمواعيد)، بالإضافة إلى موقعنا esteshary.app. باستخدامك لأي منهما فأنت توافق على ما ورد هنا.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- للمريض: الاسم، رقم الموبايل، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، الجنس وتاريخ الميلاد، وأي معلومات طبية تختار مشاركتها (الأعراض، الأمراض المزمنة، الحساسية، فصيلة الدم) لإتمام الحجز مع الطبيب.
- للطبيب: الاسم، رقم الموبايل، الدرجة العلمية والتخصص، بيانات العيادة/المركز، وصور وأوراق إثبات المهنة (كرت النقابة/الشهادات) التي ترفعها للتحقق من الحساب.
- بيانات الحجز: الطبيب والتخصص والموعد وحالة الحجز والتقييمات.
- بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، ورمز الإشعارات (FCM Token) لإرسال التنبيهات، وبيانات استخدام مجمّعة لتحسين الخدمة.
- الموقع الجغرافي (اختياري): يُستخدم فقط عند طلبك ميزة «الأطباء القريبين» لعرض أقرب المراكز، ولا نخزّن مسار تحركك.
2. أذونات الجهاز التي قد نطلبها
- الكاميرا والصور/الملفات: لرفع صورة شخصية أو أوراق الإثبات (للطبيب) أو السيرة الذاتية (لسوق الوظائف).
- الموقع: لعرض الأطباء والمراكز القريبة منك — يُطلب لحظة الاستخدام فقط.
- الإشعارات: لتأكيد الحجوزات وإرسال التذكيرات وتنبيهات ردود الأطباء.
- يمكنك رفض أي إذن أو سحبه لاحقاً من إعدادات هاتفك دون فقدان الوظائف الأساسية.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك وتأكيد هويتك عبر رمز تحقق (OTP).
- إتمام الحجوزات وربط المريض بالطبيب المناسب.
- إرسال تذكيرات المواعيد وتنبيهات الحجز عبر الإشعارات والواتساب.
- مراجعة وتفعيل حسابات الأطباء والمنشآت.
- تحسين الخدمة وقياس الأداء، وإرسال العروض لمن يوافق على ذلك فقط.
4. مشاركة البيانات والأطراف الثالثة
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية إطلاقاً. نشاركها فقط بالقدر اللازم مع:
- الطبيب/المنشأة التي تحجز لديها — لإتمام الزيارة.
- Google Firebase — لإرسال الإشعارات وتحليلات الاستخدام.
- خدمة الرسائل (واتساب/مزوّد الـ OTP) — لإرسال رموز التحقق والتذكيرات.
- مزوّد الاستضافة والتحليلات (Cloudflare وGoogle Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity) — بصيغة مجمّعة لتشغيل وتحسين الخدمة.
5. أمان البيانات
بياناتك محمية أثناء النقل عبر تشفير HTTPS/TLS، والوصول إليها مقيّد بصلاحيات. ورغم اتخاذنا إجراءات حماية معيارية، لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نظام على الإنترنت.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والالتزام بالقوانين. وعند حذف الحساب نحذف أو نُخفي بياناتك الشخصية خلال مدة معقولة، مع الاحتفاظ بالحد الأدنى المطلوب قانونياً (مثل السجلات المالية).
7. حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت عبر مراسلتنا على privacy@esteshary.app أو واتساب +20 104 000 0245 من نفس الرقم المسجّل، مع كتابة كلمة «حذف الحساب». ننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً.
8. حقوقك
لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك، تصحيحها، تصدير نسخة منها، أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك على الإشعارات التسويقية في أي وقت. راسلنا لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق.
9. خصوصية الأطفال
الخدمة موجهة للبالغين. لا نجمع عمداً بيانات من أطفال دون 13 عاماً، وأي حجز لطفل يتم عبر ولي الأمر ومسؤوليته.
10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» بالأعلى.

Privacy Policy (English)
Esteshary Patient app & Esteshary Doctor app — Last updated: July 9, 2026
Overview
This policy explains how "Esteshary" handles your data. It covers both of our apps: the Esteshary Patient app (booking appointments) and the Esteshary Doctor app (managing a clinic and appointments), as well as our website esteshary.app. By using either app you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
- From patients: name, mobile number, email (optional), gender and date of birth, and any medical information you choose to share (symptoms, chronic conditions, allergies, blood type) to complete a booking.
- From doctors: name, mobile number, scientific degree and specialty, clinic details, and profile/credential documents (syndicate card, certificates) you upload for account verification.
- Booking data: doctor, specialty, appointment time, booking status, and reviews.
- Device data: device type and a push token (FCM) to send notifications, plus aggregated usage data to improve the service.
- Location (optional): used only when you request the “Nearby doctors” feature; we do not track your movement.
2. Device permissions we may request
- Camera & photos/files: to upload a profile picture, credential documents (doctors), or a CV (jobs marketplace).
- Location: to show nearby doctors/clinics — requested only at the moment of use.
- Notifications: to confirm bookings and send reminders and doctor-response alerts.
- You may deny or later revoke any permission from your phone settings without losing core functionality.
3. How we use your data
- Create your account and verify your identity via a one-time code (OTP).
- Complete bookings and connect patients to the right doctor.
- Send appointment reminders and booking alerts via push and WhatsApp.
- Review and activate doctor and facility accounts.
- Improve the service and send offers only to users who opt in.
4. Data sharing & third parties
We never sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- The doctor/facility you book with — to complete the visit.
- Google Firebase — to deliver push notifications and usage analytics.
- Messaging provider (WhatsApp / OTP provider) — to send verification codes and reminders.
- Hosting & analytics providers (Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) — in aggregate form to run and improve the service.
5. Data security
Your data is protected in transit with HTTPS/TLS encryption and access is restricted by role. While we apply standard safeguards, no system on the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with the law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, keeping only the legal minimum (e.g. financial records).
7. Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all your data at any time by emailing privacy@esteshary.app or WhatsApp +20 104 000 0245 from your registered number, with the words "Delete my account". We process requests within up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent to marketing notifications at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
9. Children's privacy
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; any booking for a child is made by and under the responsibility of a parent/guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
